Due to the specialized nature of paddle tires and the wide range of riding conditions, vehicle setups,

horsepower levels, terrain types, inflation pressures, and operating practices beyond our control,

our paddle tires are sold without any warranty against wear, performance, damage, or failure

resulting from use.

We warrant only that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of

manufacture. Any tire found to have a manufacturing or workmanship defect may, at our sole

discretion, be repaired or replaced after inspection.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, abuse, misuse, improper installation, incorrect inflation,

racing or competition use, vehicle setup issues, impacts, punctures, modifications, or damage

caused by operating conditions. No other express or implied warranties are provided.

By purchasing and using our paddle tires, the purchaser acknowledges that off-road and sand-use

products are subject to extreme operating conditions and accepts all risks associated with their use.
