Order Processing
In-stock items are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.
Many Skat-Trak products are built to order. Production times vary depending on product availability, production schedules, and order volume. Unless otherwise specified, customers should allow approximately 2–3 weeks for the manufacture of custom or out-of-stock products.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using reputable parcel and freight carriers selected by Skat-Trak based on product size, destination, and service requirements.
Carrier selection may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is provided by the carrier, it will be forwarded to the customer by email.
Some shipments may not include tracking services.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.
Applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout or provided as part of a quotation prior to order confirmation.
Backorders
If part of an order is unavailable, Skat-Trak may ship available items separately and complete the remaining shipment when products become available.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for items shipped due to a backorder.
Delivery Delays
Skat-Trak is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs agencies, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Damaged Shipments
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. Any shipping damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies should be reported to Skat-Trak as soon as possible and noted with the carrier at the time of delivery whenever practical.
