A New aluminum Skat Trak XPL Pump Housing, a 6, 8, 12, or 14 Vane stainless steel Stator Section, a new stainless steel Wear Ring, one Sea Doo Magnum Impeller of your choice, Impeller Shaft, sealed Ball Bearings, Seals, Billet aluminum Tail Cone, XPL Venturi Nozzle with Interchangeable Ring capabilities, and two stainless steel Nozzle Rings of your choice ranging from 80mm in diameter to 88mm in diameter, in 1mm increments (specify year and model water craft for proper Venturi Nozzle application). We also offer this Pump in an EXCHANGE set up, however we can only modify the stock Sea-Doo O.E.M. Aluminum Pump Housings; we cannot modify the Plastic Pump Housings. The only Sea-Doo Limited 951 Pump we can use for Exchange comes out of a 1997 1/2 GSX Limited. All other Sea-Doo Limited 951 watercraft have Plastic Pump Housings and can not be modified into the Sea-Doo XPL Magnum Pump. Please Note****
When installing the Sea Doo XPL Magnum Pump, it is required that you remove the
washers from the studs for O.E.M. Pump Housing. It is also crucial to check the
endplay of the Drive Shaft. The endplay is the amount in distance the Drive Shaft
moves back and forth between the nose of the Impeller and the Crank of the Engine.
We recommend that it be no less than .040 inch or greater than .060 inch.
